User Terms of Service and Policies


As a registered user you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Policies:


I. LINK PROMOTING

  1. A valid visit mainly consists in sources such as PTC sites, manual traffic exchanges or any other traffic type with min. Sec exposure time which can be traced to it's source.
  2. We also require a minimum screen resolution of 1024x600 pixels and a minimum browser/frame size of 850x450 pixels.
  3. Invalid visits are either without a referrer, blacklisted sites, proxies, more than 5 occurrences/source/IP/day or which have not met our minimum screen/browser size requirements.

     Accepted sources:
  •  PTC sites
  •  Manual traffic exchanges
  •  Rev share programs
  •  Traceable traffic source with min. 7+ sec exposure time
  •  Must meets our minimum screen/browser size requirements
  •  Must be approved by the admin
  •  Alexa Rank must be below 500,000

     Invalid sources:
  •  Auto-surf programs
  •  Rotator-advertising services
  •  No referrer / direct visits
  •  Hidden iframes
  •  Visits behind a proxy
  •  Visits behind a VPN
  •  PTP programs
  •  Mobile traffic
  •  Fake referrer traffic
  •  Non-traceable traffic
  •  More than 5 occurrences/source/IP/day
  •  Any visit which doesn't meet the minimum screen size (1024x600) or browser/frame size (850x450) requirements

NOTE: Any visit with less than the second duration said will not be accounted for on the user's statistics page, in order to preserve server resources.

II. LINK SURFING

  1. Users have the possibility to earn more by viewing the links provided on our site at the SURF section.
  2. Users must view the advertisements for at least 5 seconds before being credited.
  3. Blocking or bypassing in any way of our SURF verification systems (captcha) is strictly prohibited.
  4. Browser scripts such as Javascript must be enabled, otherwise the SURF menu will not appear.
  5. Link surfing must be performed on a PC or Laptop. Mobile devices such as tablets or phones are not allowed.
  6. We also require a minimum screen resolution of 1024x600 pixels and a minimum browser/frame size of 900x500 pixels.

III. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

  1. We reserve the right to mark as INVALID any & all traffic which we find to be fake or abusive.
  2. Including or embedding our PTP links outside the visitors' viewport, is not allowed.
  3. Traffic coming from any Blacklisted domain name will always be marked as invalid.
  4. Using any illegal means to promote your link, including but not limited to spamming, hacking or defrauding other sites is not allowed.
  5. Any amount earned through fraudulent ways will be deducted from your account!
  6. Multiple accounts from the same person, computer and/or internet connection are strictly prohibited!
  7. Using any software to automatically view or to validate our SURF ads is strictly prohibited!
  8. Blocking the advertisements by any means in either our PTP or SURF modules is strictly prohibited!
  9. Using proxies, VPN or any other form of malicious ways for accessing your account is strictly prohibited!
  10. Abusers will have their account suspended and earnings forfeited without prior notice.
  11. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged automatically.
  12. Normally, hack attempts to the system will lead to termination of your advertisement.
  13. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Rotate5url staff, may lead to account suspension.
  14. Users who had their account suspended due to TOS violation are not allowed to register again.
  15. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Rotate5url staff, may lead to account suspension.

IV. REFERRAL PROGRAM

  1. Referral program.
  2. Users may refer an unlimited amount of people.
  3. Users referring themselves or creating multiple accounts will have all of their accounts suspended.

V. PAYMENTS TO USERS

  1. Users can withdraw their earnings once they have accumulated at least $5 in their account balance.
  2. In case of Bitcoin payments, the minimum withdraw amount is $5 , fees will be deducted to your payment.
  3. Payments are sent manually within 48hours from request date to the address specified by the user, via Payeer, or LiteCoin.
  4. Payment address must be unique and not shared with another user.
  5. Payments can be requested only once every 5 days.
  6. Payment options are subject to availability and may be restricted if necessary.
  7. Users must specify a valid/correct payment processor address when requesting their payment. Once the payment is sent, it cannot be canceled.
  8. If required by the payment processor, users must accept their payment within 30 calendar days, otherwise the payment will be reversed.
  9. Reversed payments or refunds will not be added back to the user balance, nor sent again.

VI. PRIVACY POLICY

  1. E-mail addresses or any other form of personal information regarding our users will never be shown, given or sold.
  2. Passwords are stored in an irreversible format. We recommend setting a secure password, which has not been used anywhere else.
  3. Cookies are used for tracking purposes such as PTP or referral links, as well as for storing user login sessions.

VII. LIABILITY

  1. Rotate5url PTP cannot be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and therefore beyond our control.
  2. Rotate5url PTP is not responsible for any tax payment on the amounts received from us. It's every user's responsibility to declare their country's taxes.
  3. Rotate5url PTP reserves the right to alter these terms at any time, including but not limited to earning amounts or rules.
