Advertiser Terms & Policies

By ordering any of our advertising services you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Service Policies:

1. ROTATOR-ADVERTISING SERVICES

1. The link(s) you submit must comply with the terms of the website(s) they're being advertised on.
2. We reserve the right to deny any advert that we do not see fit to be displayed, including but not limited to: frame-breakers, gambling & adult/warez/illegal content.
3. We cannot guarantee nor assure that you would receive any referrals or sales, as we cannot control our visitors actions.
4. The traffic we provide is sourced from our Publisher program and also from popular high-traffic sites (incentive traffic).
5. Analytics are limited to the amount of visits sent during and after the campaign.
6. Conversions depend entirely on saturation or attractiveness of the advertised product or service.
7. Link changes are allowed once in a 24-hour period (requires 24h remaining on slot).
8. Once live, campaigns cannot be paused, stopped, or canceled.

2. TRAFFIC QUALITY & ANTI-CHEAT

1. We use advanced filters to detect and block bot, proxy, and VPN traffic. Only unique, human-quality visits are counted toward campaign delivery.
2. Any attempt by publishers or advertisers to artificially inflate hits will result in immediate termination of the campaign without a refund.
3. Traffic distribution is handled automatically to ensure fair exposure across all active slots.

3. PRIVACY & COOKIE DISCLOSURE

1. Personal information regarding our users will never be shown, given, or sold to third parties.
2. E-mail addresses are used only for campaign status updates and critical communication.
3. Our system uses temporary cookies to ensure fair traffic distribution and to prevent double-counting visitors. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies.
4. All Faucetpay transactions are subject to the Faucetpay Policy.
5. All CCWallet transactions are subject to the CWallet Policy.
6. All Nowpayments transactions are subject to the Nowpayments Policy.
